Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://vanessaspawsitivelycaringpetcareca.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Dog Sitter, In-Home Pet Sitting, Cat Sitter, Pet Care Service, Special Needs Pet Care provided by Vanessa's Pawsitively Caring Pet Care. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Vanessa's Pawsitively Caring Pet Care or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Vanessa's Pawsitively Caring Pet Care reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vanessa's Pawsitively Caring Pet Care makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Damages. Vanessa's Pawsitively Caring Pet Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Vanessa's Pawsitively Caring Pet Care harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
